The Chamber of Crafts and Skilled Trades Münster is a regional body incorporated under public law of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia and according to the Crafts Statutes (§ 109 HWO) is commonly represented by President Hans Rath and Chief Managing Director Hermann Eiling.
The responsible Regulatory Authority is the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, Haroldstraße 4, 40213 Düsseldorf.
