Forum Rules
ZQ GVA + offers (registered) user comprehensive contents and services, which will be maintained and developed further continuously. The HWK Münster and her partners do not act as publishers but as provider.
The forum addresses small and medium sized companies, pupils, apprentices and teachers of VET schools and provides the opportunity to exchange experiences regarding cross-border vocational education and training and corresponding additional qualifications.
Forum entries can be made in either German or English. Entries of special interest will be translated by editorial staff into the other language and will be indicated as translation.
The HWK Münster and her partners provide the forum without the obligation to maintain services. The forum use is only permitted for private purposes respectively within public school seminars. Any use of ZQ GVA + beyond that, especially within commercial seminars or trainings, requires pre-permission in written form. Equal conditions are for the use of ZQ GVA + content and services in the frame of commercial events. It is permitted to use information gained via ZQ GVA +, including such gained through interactive communication with ZQ GVA + members, for own commercial purposes, e. g. customer acquisition.
Users commit themselves not to violate existing law while using ZQ GVA + services. They especially see that content published by them does not happen to violate rights of third parties (e. g. copyright, patents, trade or brand marks, ownership), that existing penal law and regulations of protection of young people are followed and neither racist, pornographic, obscene, offending nor content not suitable for underage person will be published.
Users indemnify the HWK Münster and her partners from claims of third parties which are asserted against the HWK Münster and her partners due to a violation of rights of third parties by users or due to other illegal content published by users.
Without giving reasons the HWK Münster has the right to not publish user generated content or to delete user generated content from the forum.
